OFFICEOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLE New Guards Group is looking for a Payables Accounting Coordinator for its Administrative Department who will be responsible for the entire invoicing payables process of the brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • You will give support to the early financial statement;
  • You will give a personal contribution to the monthly closure process;
  • You will collect all the invoices for the monthly withholding tax;
  • You will ensure that all the invoices involved in the Intrastat compilation are done in the right time and way;
  • You will asset management;
  • You will intercompany reconciliations;
  • You will supervise the SOX control for Internal Audit purposes;
  • You will coordinate three resources.

WHO ARE YOU

  • You have a high school diploma;
  • You have at least five years of experience in structured international companies, better if part of the Retail Industry;
  • You have precise, punctual, flexible, and with a spirit of adaptation in a dynamic reality, in strong growth, and in the phase of structuring;
  • You have the ability to work in a team and to relate at any level of the company;
  • You have good knowledge of English and excel.
