OFFICEOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLEWe are hiring an Online Partners Director to drive revenue across online Pure player key accounts. You will develop and implement effective strategic plans, increase market share and build and maintain relationships across the group, and key accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the Pureplayer key accounts and all targeted categories.
  • You will lead the development of seasonal integrated marketplace strategies to ensure go-to-market readiness and lead the key account teams through the seasonal process.
  • You will represent the assigned marketplace channel and accounts internally as an ‘ambassador’ towards all functions and help manage all account interfaces.
  • You will lead the development of account strategies and provide plans and forecasts on customer performance.
  • You will measure progress on your own KPIs and monitor and report on customer and competitor activities and propose actions.
  • You will drive mutual NGG++/Account profitability using relevant commercial and business planning tools.
  • You will hire and develop talent, teamwork, and diversity in the account teams, and lead a team of Key Account Managers.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a proven experience in planning, selling, and negotiating across pureplayer, and online accounts and have an understanding of their different business models
  • You have strong industry knowledge, across divisions of apparel and accessories
  • You are able to analyse data to improve decision-making and implement a strategy.
  • You have excellent commercial acumen and experience managing key KPIs and contributing to profitable growth.
  • You have experience working cross-functionally to deliver results.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of critical markets, consumers, and accounts.
