Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Services Specialist to maintain solid relationships with our clients. You should ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for clients, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops. You should also be able to develop relationships with potential clients. You will analyze data to improve business, suggesting new services subscription.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You'll report to the Key Accounts Manager Logistics and develop solid relationships with clients
- Address and resolve clients' complaints
- Be the main contact between clients and our teams
- Manage the account teams assigned to each client
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for logistics and commercial teams
- Develop an understanding of clients' requirements and preparing customized solutions
- Work with the logistics team to search and develop new solutions requested by the market
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or related
- More than 3 years experience in Key Account Management
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts
