THE ROLEFarfetch operations support multiple internal and external brands and channels across over 7 different sites. To help manage this level of complexity Fulfillment Operations are seeking a Logistics Development Specialist who can support the operations team in implementing best practice processes control and process change management practices across their international 3PL warehouses as well as representing Fulfillment Operations as their process SME for internal discussion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Responsible for documenting all warehouse processes and managing the internal and external process change control process of these across our 7 international sites.
  • Process SME for fulfillment operations acting as the first point of contact for initial process questions, feasibility, and impact studies. Working with multiple teams across the Farfetch business: Commercial, Tech, Service mgmt. etc.
  • Analysing impact and creating GAPs analysis of new process initiatives on 3PL fulfillment processes and working with the business to manage these requests.
  • Responsible working with Farfetch operations and 3PL operational teams to analyse and triaging issues before passing them onto IT Farfetch teams
  • Log and co-ordinate IT tickets representing the Fulfillment Operations team to IT stakeholders.
  • Support Head Of Operation(s) with change. Supporting where required: business cases development, requirements gathering, As-is process documentation, To-be process design or monitoring the UAT plans of our 3PLs partners

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in fulfillment and operations from a leading inhouse retailer or 3PL.
  • Able to work across the life cycle of the projects
  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills
  • Excellent workshop and organisational skills.
  • Experience of WMS is a must and ERP, TMS are desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • On occasion willing to travel to other sites globally when required.
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion and Sport wear retail advantageous.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with an ability to speak business language
  • Thrives on complex challenges with a problem-solving approach
