Our office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG Group staff functions.Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

THE ROLE
The position is part of the Digital Buying and Merchandising Team and reports to the Senior Buyer & Merchandiser, Digital Concessions.Main role is to support in the execution of NGG digital merchandising strategy at WW level for E-tailer partners managed through newly born concession models, reflecting corporate needs while respecting each partner’s positioning from a customer perspective.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist in allocating OTB by Brand and Category with the aim of implementing customed strategies to increase sales performances.
  • Support in the Buying and product selection for each account (qty/depth by sku/sizing and in season replenishments) in coordination with NGG Planning Team as well as partners.
  • Support in the carry over assortment management and set up.
  • Liaise with Corporate Merchandising to identify exclusive products/capsules to be offered to the partners with a strong commercial commitment and marketing support.
  • Ensure ongoing alignments with E-tailers Buying Team and NGG Digital Merchandising.
  • Monitor product delivery, in accordance with Production and Operations timeline.
  • Support in the analysis of sales reports on weekly, monthly, seasonal basis for each account (Stock Level, Net Sales, Sell Through and Merchandising KPIs).
  • Support in the Senior Buying Team in the preparation of Power Point presentations.
  • Assist in the set-up of new E-tailer Concessions, especially in the transitioning from the wholesale model into a direct partnership.
  • Monitor partners VM and the competitor’s arena.
  • Strengthen relation with each partner to achieve Company’s goals.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent, in Business Administration or Management
  • At least 2 years of working experience, possibly in digital buying or digital merchandising
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Fashion product sensitivity and comprehension of the industry (fashion and digital)
  • Data driven mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, on a new business model
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to interact with several internal and external stakeholders, flexibility and diplomacy
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to work in team
  • Perfect knowledge of Microsoft package (Excel and PPT)
