São Paulo Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities! You will work with us here (or from your home) fully connected with the Technology team around the globe.

The RoleYou will be responsible for the end-to-end development of iOS applications driving the long-term mobile strategy planned for Farfetch. This role consists in writing top-notch Swift code and resorting to battle-hardened design patterns. It isn't just about writing iOS apps, you'll also have the chance to get your hands dirty creating common libraries and fully automated build pipelines.

What you’ll do

  • Drive feature development and help improve end-to-end product quality;
  • Contribute to cross-team development of common libraries;
  • Help define best practices on iOS development and contribute to a share and learn-driven environment;
  • Be fully committed to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment;
  • Work closely with other Product Development teams to improve consistency and timing of releases;

Who you are

  • Experienced in native iOS development with at least one released app (solo or as a team member);
  • Experienced in working with Swift;
  • Experienced with scalable-modularized applications;
  • Knowledgeable about REST API architecture;
  • We love tests! You're committed to unit tests and pursuit coverage as much as possible, also known snapshot tests;
  • Detail-oriented to do high-fidelity screens;
  • Excellent teamwork skills;
  • We work with code reviews;
  • Energetic, creative and fun to work with;

Your skills

  • Knowledge of MVVM, or VIP or Viper Architecture;
  • Solid knowledge of architectural patterns, such as SOLID, clean, dry;
  • View code, storyboard, Swift UI
  • Unit and snapshot tests;
  • Experience with CI/CD e.g Jenkins, Teamcity;
  • Experience with dependency management e.g Cocoa pods, Carthage, SPM;
