TURATIOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
THE ROLENew Guards Group is currently looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join its HR department. You will report to the Senior HR Organization Manager and manage the entire Internal Communication flow. WHAT YOU’LL DO · Be responsible for the effective and punctual production and sharing of every type of internal communication like: new Company initiatives, events, conventions&discounts, partnerships, newsletters, onboarding programs, policy&procedures;· Support in defining and implementing efficient and effective Internal Communication strategies and processes in order to better structure the information flow within the Group;· Support the implementation of an efficient Internal Communication procedures to promote better information flows, in line with the Company vision and mission, and assess their impact and effectiveness among employees; WHO YOU ARE· 2 years of experience in the same role;· bachelor’s degree in Communication or similar;· strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Italian, knowledge of other languages is a plus;· very good knowledge of excel and PPT;· previous experience with CMS;· Nice to have: previous experience with blog, communities and intranet and email Campaign Platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, mailup, magnews);· ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally;· highly organized, multi-tasking, and positive communicator, with strong interpersonal skills;· great flexibility and open-mindedness in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
