THE ROLE
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for supporting our warehouse in NL and ensuring an efficient and strong operation. The Inbound Booking Assistant will act as a liaison between our 3rd party warehouse, our Accounts Payable team and the wider operations department.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Investigate any discrepancies between systems affecting payment of supplier invoices
  • Review stock accuracy and integrity, acting as a liaison between the warehouse teams and the finance department
  • Conduct data collection and root cause analysis relating to the above
  • Collect and monitor information relating to supplier compliance
  • Apply the same focus to Concessions stock holding as well as own brand
  • Liaise with Stock team on internal & external stock takes and stock queries
  • Support compliance checks and controls between 365 and JDA
  • Communicate with external stakeholders & commercial teams within Farfetch
  • Liaise with our Buying team to rectify queries in a timely manner
  • Provide applicable support in other areas in the team when/where/if required

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have excellent organisational skills
  • Previous experience in an operations environment (warehousing or shipping and experience with warehousing systems)
  • You are comfortable communicating with a number of internal and external stakeholders, via email and on calls You have intermediate Excel skills
  • You are detail oriented and take ownership of tasks from start to finish
  • You are comfortable interpreting and presenting data related to stockholding
  • You are confident juggling multiple tasks
  • You are proactive, providing constantly feedback for improving the current procedures and policies
  • Previous experience with compliance is advantageous
  • Comfortable operating within a shared mailbox
  • Can successfully identify and allocate actions and emails to the correct team members
