TURATIOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLEYou will be leading the brand visual identity worldwide stores network (retail, wholesale, franchising)You will be responsible for managing all aspects of visual merchandising from the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines at a global level ensuring the correct alignment between the standard of the Brand and the commercial strategies, to the management of Vm design team for the creation of the visual outcome until the management of the project team for the production of VM Tools and Window creativity
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be responsible for development and production of all visual merchandising communication vehicles. You will ensure consistent execution of visual direction in all stores through HQ
- Drive the visual identity strategy leading guidelines team at central level ensuring that the visual strategy for all stores is align to the standard of the brand
- Lead VM design & project team from design phase to project installation (including external suppliers management, costs, samples materials, execution time & quality of work monitoring)
- WW market visits for in store displays & training
- Define & follow VM global budget
- Create reports and presentations for the board / art directors
- Liaise with the Merchandising, Communication, Store Planning, Retail teams for the planning of special events and activities
WHO YOU ARE
- 8-9 years working within a similar role, strong VM background demonstrating detailed knowledge of display processes and technical disciplines
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for innovation and creativity
- Strong people managerial skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Adobe CS, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
