OFFICEOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLE The Head of CRM will define and deliver NGG++’s CRM strategy, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across Product, Data, and Marketing to develop a plan that will deliver revenue, profitability, and customer goals for retention channels. The role will be ideal for someone looking for an exciting growth opportunity in a fast-paced environment and looking to make an immediate impact. You will be a good communicator and passionate about all things digital. You will have experience leading a team to deliver commercial goals and are comfortable working with technical peers to define and implement advanced CRM solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will design and deliver the CRM strategy, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across Product, Data, Marketing, and more to develop a robust plan that will meet agreed financial and customer KPIs
  • You will be accountable for the achievement of ongoing trade targets through CRM channels, ensuring activity and team resources are optimised to meet commercial goals
  • You will identify growth opportunities and risks, work with team to size value, secure resources to deliver, and manage trade-offs
  • You will champion CRM team needs through planning and road mapping cycles, ensuring requirements are documented and supported with robust business cases to secure prioritisation across teams
  • You will leverage customer insight to define and implement new opportunities for journeys, segmentation, and personalisation so that we continue to provide relevant experiences for our base
  • You will represent the CRM perspective in key cross-functional work-streams and business forums
  • You will manage budget and cost actualisation for CRM team activity

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have experience designing and delivering a data-driven, multichannel CRM strategy
  • You are comfortable working with Tech, Product, and Data teams to define and deliver roadmaps
  • You have a commercial mindset, comfortable taking accountability for the achievement of trading goals
  • You have excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to and working with senior team members
  • You have a passion for numbers and outstanding analytical skills including:
  • You have the ability to analyse and communicate insights regarding all key digital marketing metrics
  • You have the ability to build business cases and perform thorough sense checks on numbers
  • You are able to appropriately combine attention to detail with longer-term big-picture/strategic thinking
  • You have experience working in an international business & a large-scale database
