CONTENT DEVELOPMENTWe are a diverse, dynamic, global team of content creators, dedicated to communicating our Partners’ brand message to their customers. THE ROLE As Content Specialist - Polish you will be responsible for the delivery of Polish localised content for our Partner’s website, a sports apparel company. Reporting into the Localisation Manager - Europe, you will act as the main point of contact for the Polish content operations. You will be localising content into Polish, working alongside our localisation agency, focusing on the quality of content and bringing your expertise and recommendations for process and workflow improvements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • You will primarily localise high visibility content (such as Brand, Marketing and UX copy) into Polish and be the main point of contact for any language operations in Polish.
  • You might be required to work on product information copy.
  • You will work alongside our localisation agency, delivering the daily content requirements for the Polish language, adhering to deadlines, KPIs and SLAs.
  • You will be responsible for creating glossaries and brand guidelines for your language, as well as overseeing its implementation.
  • You will be responsible for the maintenance, clean-up and overall quality of the Translation Memories, as well as liaising with our agency regarding their Polish NMT engine quality.
  • You will support setting up the right workflows in the TMS and the technical implementation of projects.
  • You will be the main linguistic trainer for the agency’s qualitative output.
  • You will work closely with the Localisation Manager - Europe, making recommendations on process improvements and workflow changes in order to deliver content more efficiently as well as providing insights for the overall localisation agency performance.
  • You will work closely with the Localisation Solution teams to address linguistic and tooling challenges for the Polish content.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You speak and write Polish at a native level and have fluency in English.
  • You have knowledge in fashion at all levels, from high-end designers to cutting edge street style, with a special focus on sports apparel.
  • You have an engaging, accurate and adaptable writing style, with impeccable grammar.
  • You are aware of designers, brands, styles, culture and trends of the Danish market.
  • You have a strong understanding of garment and accessory construction.
  • You have meticulous attention to detail.
  • You have the ability to work independently and collaborate.
  • You have the ability to work quickly and to agreed daily targets and deadlines.
  • You are comfortable with digital work on an in-house CMS (desirable).
  • You have experience within the luxury fashion industry, in e-commerce, editorial magazines or blogs (desirable).
  • You have experience with Term-Management and Translation Management tools (desirable).
  • You have experience with working in localisation projects for e-commerce website, preferably luxury fashion retail (desirable).
