THE ROLEIn the Fintech Ops department, our mission is to ensure that we give our customers a frictionless and safe experience when buying on the Farfetch platform. We focus on offering local payment methods and currencies, flexible payment experiences, and on offering sophisticated fraud detection systems. Reporting to the Analytics lead, you'll analyse a wide array of inputs to create strategies and insights that shape our payment and fraud proposition.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Immerse yourself in data, finding opportunities to improve our current and future KPIs;
  • Deliver insight on performance and opportunities to our stakeholders throughout the business;
  • Support and deliver projects with a variety of teams such as technology, finance, commercial, marketing and other operational teams;
  • Develop and maintain new dashboards to monitor Payments and Fraud Performance and initiatives impact;
  • Shape Fintech Ops data foundations by identifying new data points and ensuring data quality and availability.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field;
  • Relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst;
  • Previous experience using data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar);
  • Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, BigQuery, or similar);
  • Knowledge of statistical programming languages like R and/or Python is a plus, but not a prerequisite;
  • Advanced in English, both written and oral.
