RETAIL

We're a collaborative and creative team, utilising our expertise and passion in product and styling combined with state of the art technology, to deliver a truly unique and personalised shopping experiences for our clients, both in store and online.

LONDON

Our two retail boutiques are located in London. Our flagship boutique is located on Brook Street in the heart of Mayfair, and comprises four stunning levels of architectural delight, a unique edit of luxury fashion, and allows for an immersive customer experience connected at all touchpoints. Our Browns East boutique is located in Shoreditch and is a real creative and artistic hub; a true gem in the local community.

THE ROLE

The Export Operations Specialist plays an important role in delivering on the Browns Vision to be the luxury retail experience of the future and our mission of being the most conscious and connected luxury experience in the world.

You will support the export team to provide a luxury customer experience by creating and enhancing seamless, efficient and sustainable operational processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You will support the export team with all administrative tasks to ensure a smooth operation and excellent customer experience.
• You will complete analysis to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, improve sales and enhance experience.
• You will compile reporting to track department performance.
• You will collaborate with partners to guide optimum ways of working
• You will communicate with customers ensuring all information is shared promptly.
• You will review and measure ways to improve export team ways of working and processes.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are a logistics professional who is experienced at planning, organising and coordinating.
• You are able to complete reports, insights and identify risk and opportunities.
• You are a natural collaborator.
• You have the ability to find cost savings, add value and increase revenue through operational excellence.
