You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!THE ROLEWe are looking for a person who will be the QA Chapter Team leader of an FPS Domain. This person will have the goal to work on Quality from the beginning of the domain initiatives, define the test strategy, and ensure consistency between testing techniques, methodologies, and tools inside his domain teams. The QA Chapter Lead is also responsible for promoting Quality in all software life cycle phases, advocating system testability, CI/CD principles, and automation while managing and mentoring the other QAs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work within Agile Teams;
• Advocate for quality within backend and frontend development teams;
• Responsible for quality domain deliverables;
• Spread the word about Test Automation and Continuous Delivery mindset across the teams;
• Coach testers and developers on testing and Quality Assurance best practices;
• Monitoring and controlling Quality metrics inside domain teams;
• Contribute to Farfetch quality and test automation vision and community.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced with a minimum of 3 years as a line manager or supervisor of QA engineers;
• Experienced with a minimum of 5 years in UI and/or API tests;
• Knowledgeable in programming languages such as Javascript and Python;
• Someone with a Continuous Integration/Delivery mindset;
• Experienced working in Agile Environments;
• Influent and able to spread automation best practices;
• Proficient in written and spoken English;
• Problem-solving person and mindset;
• Team player with the ability to help others;
• Skilled in communication and with good critical sense;
• Nice to have: ISTQB certification, experience in Robot Framework, experience in mobile testing, and experience in e-commerce applications.
