Covering the entire order journey, we create our online content, secure payments and fraud process compliance, ensure order fulfilment and delivery, while providing customer and partner care. PORTOOur Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!

THE ROLEYou will lead e-commerce projects with B2B clients, working closely with our internal teams from Operations, Integrations, Product, Commercial, Production, Pricing, Finance, Tech, among others.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will be a key contributor for the success of the projects, working with different stakeholders and solving complex tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • You will establish and communicate a clear timeline and progress of the project, making clear all the deliverables, dependencies and milestones, and responsibilities, while ensuring a proactive communication, anticipating roadblocks and escalating to management when needed;
  • You will oversee the project governance design and execution and will guarantee the success of the project by gathering needs from other stakeholders when it comes to extra resources/investment so that the business continuity is ensured.
  • Be knowledgeable of platform capabilities regarding Shipping, Fraud, Payments, Order Fulfilment, Retail, Customer Service, Ops Reporting and Operational Support and support the clients in the definition of the services and get it signed-off to implement.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Fluent in English - both written and verbal (mandatory)
  • Degree in Management, Economics or Engineering;
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Project Management (mandatory), with client-facing and medium-high complex projects;
  • Experienced in managing internal and external stakeholders;
  • Business-oriented, with experience in operations, retail or omnichannel positions in E-Commerce or multichannel companies;
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced environment;
  • International and open-minded attitude, being ready to work in a multicultural and inclusive environment;
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, respond with sense of urgency and understand deadlines;
  • Have strong communication skills: well-constructed emails, PowerPoint presentations, reports.
