TURATIOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLEThe position is part of the Digital Buying and Merchandising Team and reports to the Senior Digital Buyer and Merchandiser. The main mission of the role is to support in executing buying strategy and ensure adequate supply to achieve business goal, driving performance and contributing to growth

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assist in planning and executing all buying activities for NGG brands (Off White, Heron Preston and Marcelo Burlon)
  • Generate weekly, monthly sales performance reports. Follow-up on sales, sell through, merchandise transfers and reorders, proposing actions in order to achieve agreed targets
  • Support buying preparation with in depth quantitative/qualitative analysis and assist in defining quantities per sku/category/sub- category determining order quantification for seasonal buying.
  • Enter the orders, seasonal and Special Capsules, in NGG system.
  • Support the buyers in post-buying activities by creating seasonal buying presentations and trend reports
  • Assist in managing inventory, monitors product delivery and stock allocation to ensure an appropriate mix and stock level are maintained
  • Analyze and oversee selling trends

WHO YOU ARE

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent, in Business Administration or Management
  • At least 6 months/1 year of working experience in luxury fashion companies
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Fashion product sensitivity and comprehension of the industry (fashion/luxury and digital)
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to work in team
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
  • knowledge of Microsoft package (Excel and PPT) and Google Analytics
