About the role:
This is an exciting role for a strong data analyst who is passionate about problem solving and data. Data analysts play an instrumental role in strategic decision making, data-driven approach and long term success of Farfetch. Based in Dubai, U.A.E. you will be contributing our efforts to grow Farfetch presence in EMEA and also contribute to global projects.

What you will do:
- Effectively translate data into actionable insights and communicate them to key stakeholders and senior leadership through reports and presentations
- Design and build reports and dashboards using best practices to support business functions
- Identify acquisition, retention and commercial opportunities based on data, industry trends and competitive environment
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
- Apply analytical and modelling techniques to measure sales incrementality for key initiatives
- Identify areas of opportunity for automation of reports
Who you are:
- A professional with 1-5 years of experience in a data role, preferably in an internet company
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success;
- Expert in SQL. BigQuery experience is a plus
- Familiar with data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, Data Studio, PowerBI or Microstrategy
- Degree educated. A quantitative field considered a bonus
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Advanced in English, both written and oral
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Fun to work with
- Using R or Python for statistical modelling is a plus
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Retention Analytics is a plus
- Curious about learning and applying data science to solve business problems
