São PauloOur São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities!
The role This is a phenomenal opportunity to join us in the LATAM Marketing Team, helping us to build a stronger brand and improving brand awareness through PR, influencer marketing and social media strategy.Reporting to a Brand Manager, you will have the exciting chance to work in a diverse and global team, creating and executing local strategies, aligned and supported by central, to boost our brand in each brand pillar: exclusivity, innovation, culture, curatorship and positively.You will support the Influencers' strategy in Brazil and Latam, identify high potential influencers according to our values and creating relationship with our community, working together with our PR agency.You also will rethink our Social Media strategy to reflect better these pillars, considering the customer journey and the moment and profile to each social network.We are looking for a person with high communication skills, knowledge about fashion influencer strategy, PR and social media management experience.

What you’ll do

  • Creating and operating, with your team and an external agency, our PR & influencer strategies.
  • Creating our local social media plan to reinforce our brand positioning.
  • Dealing with Press, celebrities, influencers and other key opinion leaders to ensure that all corporate messages are aligned.
  • Executing events for KOLs, as well as other branding projects such as sponsorships and branded content.
  • Providing support for corporate relations and affairs initiatives.
  • Connecting our strategy to the local calendar, using local events and opportunities to implement it.
  • Negotiating strategic partnership to amplify and potentialize our communications.
  • Managing our external agency and an internal team in order to align Scope of Work to all Latam markets.
  • Working with all marketing areas and others internal areas, Global and local, to have a total visibility of our customer journey and alignment with all stakeholders.

Who you are

  • PR, marketing or communications degree is required.
  • Advanced degree in correlated areas is preferred.5+ years of experience with PR, influencers and social media.
  • Management experience with the own team and agency is preferred.
  • Fashion and luxury market experience is a plus.
  • You are curious, communicative, love people and fashion world, but also like to show results building brand awareness.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
