TURATIOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
THE ROLENGG is currently looking for a Back Office Intern, Customs&Trade who will support the management, collection and analysis of all data and documents for the Products and Customs Data System. You will liaise with Internal and external stakeholders to ensure all product specifics and all customs related documents are collected, updated and tracked correctly and efficiently. You will report to the Customs Trade & Compliance Manager and you will be based in our HQ in Milan. WHAT YOU’LL DO · Collect and complete all products information & generate master data reports;· Collect and complete all Customs documents and POD;· Ensure the proper use and the update of data & documentations related to the products and to the customs data system;· Support the team in auditing customs and shipping documents;· Support during the reconciliation of customs documents;· Assist with Special Projects or assignments, as requested. WHO YOU ARE· Bachelor degree;· Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office;· Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken;· Good communication skills;· Accurate and precise with a key eye for details· Highly organized, flexible with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;· Positive attitude;· Team player.
