THE ROLE
To be part of an exciting business unit at Farfetch focused on harnessing the power of the Farfetch Platform to enable global omni-channel e-commerce for High Luxury Fashion, managing multiple end to end Projects , coordinating activities ranging from the Tech to the Business areas (Production and Styling, Global Logistics and Ops, etc.) with a clear focus on delivering high quality Projects for our Brands client.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage a set of concurrent e-commerce delivery projects of varying sizes and complexity from an end to end perspective
  • Work very closely with the Commercial Project Management team to ensure client expectations match Farfetch Platform Services deliverables
  • Engage with multiple teams cross functional teams, ranging from the Tech to the Operation area, to properly perform detailed Project planning and Execution monitoring, covering all required perspectives for final Project delivery
  • Lead on E2E plan and deliverables including checkpoints across all project teams, tacking lead on complex issues that require an overall alignment
  • Support the evolution the Farfetch Platform Services End to End delivery & project management ‘tool kit’ (processes, ways of working, documentation)
  • Lead development of delivery plans for new technologies introduced to the Farfetch Platform; e.g. an app, E-concession project or an ecomm site
  • Perform scope, change and risk management
  • Identify and mitigate project risks; able to proactively problem solve and is able to suggest solutions and workarounds in order to mitigate project risks and ensure that projects are delivered on time
  • Being able to engage directly with High Luxury Brands, to provide a clear and articulated description about the current project status, risk, concerns

WHO YOU ARE

  • Graduated in Information Systems or related field
  • A professional with previous experience/knowledge in E-Commerce, International Fulfilment and Logistics is a big differentiating factor
  • A professional with consolidated experience working in large scale organizations on a multi-national level with a multicultural team (Optional)
  • Able to easily build relationships with the different players of the business/tech area, at different levels of the organization (from C-Level to Analyst)
  • A professional with excellent communication skills, both in Portuguese and English, with the capability to communicate at all levels in the organization (from the development team to the C-Level team)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously, coordinating across different teams and seniority, responding to work with urgency and understanding deadlines
  • Able to identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working with an ability to translate that into positive change across the team; an eye for continuous improvement
  • A professional with a good attention to detail, an ability to assimilate, sort through and aggregate complex information quickly and effectively
  • A problem solver, with a solution-focused mindset with the ability to negotiate with a variety of different teams in order to deliver on time
  • Experienced in Consulting/SI performing client facing roles (a differentiating factor)
  • Experienced on Project Management in a Scrum environment (a differentiating factor)
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, ensuring deliverables are ready on time, accurate and prioritized accordingly, with excellent attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity and without problems standing out to solve situations
  • You are a fantastic team fit - tenacity with a smile, real pride in quality of work and an understanding that the ‘how’ you work is just as important
