NGG is part of the FARFETCH Group and recently created a spin-off business NGGH++ that will be a growth accelerator and an incubator of new ideas, brands, and businesses.
OFFICEOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLEYou will oversee the sales management activities for the regions EMEA and APAC, reporting to the Wholesales Directors. You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the wholesale business of NGG brands designing and executing growth strategies and ensuring image enhancement for our collections, in strong partnership with the Brand's sales managers as well as with our B2B clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will manage the opening of new accounts and strengthen relations with existing accounts throughout the regions
  • You will deliver strong sales growth to meet and exceed the sales targets focusing on business development and maximize on growth opportunities.
  • You will manage commercial plans for the accounts and negotiations
  • You will follow up on customer inquiries and provide support and solutions with the assistance of the customer services team
  • You will manage seasonal and yearly budget planning for each 2b2 client
  • You will analyze product performance in the markets for optimization of sales, providing feedback
  • You will support Wholesale Directors in regional strategies
  • You will conduct regular market visits, identifying opportunities and looking at competitors
  • You will be responsible for tracking and presenting sales on a regular basis, highlighting key trends and challenges to review with the management
  • You will supervise the management of sales campaigns and partners to ensure targets are met

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have at least 8-10 years of experience as a wholesale manager in the luxury fashion industry
  • You are business and results-oriented with a strong commercial drive
  • You have good communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • You are a strong team player with the ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced ever-changing environment
  • You have excellent knowledge of English spoken and written
  • You have excellent use of Microsoft Office, Excel
  • You are available for frequent international travels
