About EY-Parthenon
EY-Parthenon is a global strategy consultancy. We challenge assumptions to design and deliver strategies that help improve profitability and long-term value. We have more than 9,000 professionals around the globe, working across three areas of focus:
The opportunity
The macro environment – economics, policy, politics, geopolitics – is today a bigger driver of business performance than in many decades, and has firmly sailed to the top of board and CEO agendas.
We work on some of the most complex and interconnected global challenges and opportunities facing businesses today – from the changing geopolitical landscape to the fiscal outlook and the energy transition – translating macro movements into actions to protect and enhance business value, across growth strategy, transactions and restructuring.
Our team includes economists, engineers, finance professionals and former Government advisors mixing macro, sector and operational experience.
Key Responsibilities
You'll advise clients across all sectors supporting key decision makers in developing and executing strategies to manage various macro challenges and opportunities, with a strong focus on translating these challenges into action plans across a range of different engagements including supply chain, greenfield projects, pre-deal (unlocking policy dependencies, carve out blue prints), post-deal (integration planning, tracking), business cases and impact assessments, growth strategies and market entry, energy strategy, scenario planning and restructuring (incl rapid cost reduction).
This is a strongly entrepreneurial role involving growing the business and advising clients against the backdrop of non-linear but market-changing macro trends across money (inflation, interest rates), energy transition, sustainability, globalisation and technology. A commercial mind-set is key to this consulting based role.
