We’re looking for a passionate, proactive People Development Partner to join the team at eduMe. You will work within the People team, with a focus on developing our people and assisting people managers in supporting their teams. You will be responsible for creating a strong culture of people development within the company, leading on all training and development programmes, building on our career progression framework, and ensuring every employee receives the support they need to develop and learn.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish and embed personal development plans and growth frameworks for employee
  • Build on our career progression framework
  • Introduce training programmes and resources for managers, and support them in being the best people managers they can be
  • Lead on all development programmes within eduMe
  • Work with heads of departments to create robust onboarding programmes for new joiners
  • Create a strong culture of development within the company
  • Build out scalable training plans and processes for each department
  • Design staple training courses and continuous learning for all employees
  • Create a culture of internal learning - people learning from people within the organisation
  • Collaborate with various leaders across eduMe and have a full understanding of their teams and training requirements
  • Act as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development
  • Embrace different styles of training techniques, including using eduMe, tutorial sessions or coaching
  • Build relationships with external third party training and coaching providers

What you’ll need:

  • To care deeply about the employees at eduMe, and their development and progression within the company
  • Previous experience in creating and implementing people development programmes
  • Knowledge of a variety of different training techniques
  • Strong stakeholder management to engage, understand, and gather the stakeholder input required for an effective people development strategy
  • Excellent communication and empathy
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
