We are looking for an Audit Manager to lead our Audit team. The Audit Manager will be responsible for supervising client audits and assessments, planning improvements to the team and acting as the main point of contact for the wider business on any audit related matters. The Audit Manager will report into the Head of Financial Crime.
The Details…
Audits
Own the delivery of AML and conduct audits on Currencycloud clientsEnsure clear communication with account managers, customer success managers and the client Plan and execute BAU audits based on volumes and capacity Respond to industry trends or external factors to audit specific clients on an ad-hoc basis Be aware of changes in the wider business (products, jurisdictions etc.) and how these may impact the audit team Proactively identify trends and potential issues with particular clients or sectors. Provide clear solutions to resolve the issues you have identified Provide regular feedback to management, including but not limited to input into the monthly management information report Align and update relevant stakeholders on any process changes within the audit team Be a point of contact for the wider business for audit team queries Review and ensure the quality of team members work before passing it to management Provide constructive and clear feedback to team members queries Provide ongoing feedback to the team on recent developments and updates from management
Internal process development
Develop and maintain documented procedures for auditsShare knowledge on internal trends and wider industry developments within the companyDrive changes and improvements to the audit process Support internal policy development based on new regulatory requirements
Team Management
Be a champion of CC culture and values Act as line manager of audit team members (incl. holiday approvals, ongoing feedback, performance management) Recognise team vulnerabilities and act on this - be human
