The role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to promote our transformative scheduling technology to prospects, thought leaders and customers.

It'll be your role to take ownership of our existing paid marketing channels, budgets and objectives to optimise and evolve them as we ramp up our activity to meet ambitious 2022 lead targets.

You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the rest of our Marketing Team on a variety of online and offline projects. If you're someone who thrives through teamwork and is eager to contribute ideas and provide honest feedback, we want to hear from you!

How you'll work

Your responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the Paid Marketing Marketing Qualified Leads quarterly targets
  • Support acquisition campaigns through offline and online channels including Search, Display, Email, webinars and events
  • Launching and optimising PPC campaigns to achieve goals and ROI targets
  • Manage Social Media advertising using performance goals that drive lead generation
  • Monitoring budgets and overseeing search platform accounts
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics
  • Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and implement performance optimisations
  • Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and acquire insights on strategy and performance
  • Help support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPI’s
  • Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, highlighting key areas of importance
  • Communicate weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results to the Head of Marketing
  • Write creative briefs to define program objectives and KPIs, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Work closely with the other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met

About you

  • Expertise using Google Analytics, aHrefs and similar website analytics tools is a must
  • Demonstrable experience of success writing Call to Actions and Microcopy
  • Demonstrable experience running a successful lead generation focused paid Marketing engine
  • Highly organised with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and workload
  • Experience managing Google ads, Bing ads, Twitter ads, LinkedIn ads is essential
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks
  • Confident using Excel/Google Sheets to plan, manage and report on campaigns
  • Understand website tracking and can address issues as they arise
  • Not afraid to share ideas and challenge the status quo
  • The ability to tell stories through data and KPI reports
  • A high level of independent working
  • An ambition to understand the bigger picture to solve problems
  • Previous experience working with Hubspot CRM a plus

Hiring process

  • An initial 15 minute screening with our Head of Talent
  • A 30 minute chat with our Head of Marketing
  • A panel interview with the Head of Marketing and other members of the Marketing team to delve into your background, ambitions and assess personal fit. This interview will include a task presentation which we will brief you with before the call.
  • A final conversation with senior members of the business to understand what it’s like working here

  • £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
