Main purposes and tasks of the job
To support the director on a day to day basis
- diary management, travel, events, staff coordination and the like
To manage the office administration to ensure
the a proper and compliant flow of office procedures are adhered to and
including:

first point of contact for
calls into the office

office facilities
To liaise with clients (from a Consortium
perspective) to ensure:

comprehensive onboarding
experience and offboarding
●
accurate data management in
core systems
●
regular client feedback is received
and acted upon
To liaise with Account Managers when any
specific matters arise due to their clients and provide general
administration support if required
Assist with the management of the ladies lunch
club, booking of venues, collating attendees and dietary requirements.
Reports - compiling monthly ‘capacity
reporting’ and identifying any trends
Attend events on behalf of Consortium
