About the role

We're looking for an astute Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our growing team, working closely with our Country Marketing Manager owning our partnerships. Your focus will be on utilising your experience, analytical skills and data driven mindset to uncover new ways to scale existing affiliate partnerships and identify new high potential partners. You will build meaningful partnerships, from the first intro through to the long term agreement, owning the relationship, reporting on growth and giving recommendations on additional opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Country Marketing Manager to grow our revenue from partnerships. Onboarding new publishers to widen our reach as well as scaling existing partnerships.
  • You use existing relationships and expertise in the Affiliate Marketing industry to expand the number of potential partners for carwow across all major publisher types.
  • Evaluate potential partners by refining our methodology for assessing and quantifying the long term potential of new partners. Identifying new partners for our pipeline and forecasting revenue growth from those future partners.
  • Be on the lookout for how to increase revenue from our existing partners by identifying new opportunities and leading partnership optimization.
  • You enthusiastically derive and present actionable insights from analysing our representation on existing partners’ websites, their affiliate performance and competitive research to continually grow these existing relationships.
  • Get hands-on to ensure that you put your recommended actions into practice quickly to proactively improve our affiliate operations. This may range from creating sli decks to pitch your idea to partners and finding ways to automate particular processes to establishing a continuous review process for assessing and monitoring our affiliates’ activities and performance.
  • You coordinate the setup of new affiliates from end-to-end - ensuring tracking and reporting is set up correctly, right through to the payout process and everything in between!

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the Affiliate Marketing space
  • You can balance great relationship management skills with analytical and data driven thinking which includes in-depth knowledge of the publisher landscape, technological developments, commission models etc.
  • Ideally agency background specific to affiliate marketing or having worked at different publisher types
  • You have a strong work ethic, a hands-on attitude and a fresh approach to problem solving
  • Experience in scaling partnerships across different publisher types and along the customer journey would be a competitive advantage
  • Solid knowledge in utilising affiliate networks and technology platforms like AWIN,Impact, Partnerize, Tradetracker, Tradedoubler or else
  • Familiarity with link-tracking attribution systems and technologies (Everflow, pixel tracking, postbacks, UTM parameters)
  • You know your way around performance campaigns (CPC, CPL, CPA, CPS).
  • Expertise in areas such as Influencer marketing, PPC and other digital advertising platforms is a plus but not require
