Canda (Can-duh. Noun: A subscription-based ‘in-house’ talent acquisition business).

Centred around our team ethos, Canda is focused on delivering on our collective mission to support founders with great hires and do good in a world where it’s desperately needed! We partner with the likes of: Allplants, Ecologi, Lick, MadeTech, FitXR, Tech Nation, MyTutor, etc etc; the list goes on! Our proactive bunch carry the talent acquisition torch and lead the way in helping amazing businesses who are doing incredible things, scale at pace!

We’re launching some exciting new partnerships with some of the hottest start-ups and scale-ups in town so we’re on the lookout for ambitious, highly-driven recruitment / talent acquisition specialists to embark on a journey towards becoming a specialist in-house talent manager with Canda.

As a TALENT PARTNER you will be your customer’s lead and first point of call for all talent related activity and outputs. You will be supported, mentored and offered a fast-track career development plan where you will learn and grow as part of a close-knit, hardworking team led by incredible, engaging mentors and market experts.

Everyday is high impact, everyday is challenging and everyday is different from the last! A day in the life of one of our TALENT PARTNERS might include:

  • Onboarding / inducting new customer accounts

  • Building out inclusive hiring strategies

  • Creating communication channels and setting up hiring teams

  • Delivering data-led analysis & customer insights

  • Leading operational stand-ups & meetings

  • Creating and advertising new job openings (Multiple ATS)

  • Coaching and supporting in-house Talent Associates

  • Business partnering and advising hiring managers / senior leadership teams.

  • Researching / implementing new advertising platforms / job boards / Ways of working

  • Attending & leading interviews at all levels of business

  • Running multiple hiring campaigns and delegating workflows

  • Searching for, sourcing and approaching new applicants

  • Owning entire applicant / vacancy lifecycles

  • Leading internal initiatives, running projects and training TAs / TPs

We use all kinds of tech and tools to support our mission and it constantly up for review, some examples of tech/systems/ tools include: Slack, Linkedin Recruiter Pro, Notion, Google Workspace, Teamtailor (internal hiring), Recruitee, Canva, Office Vibe, Calendly, Charlie HR… and the list goes on.

We love new ideas, we’re excited by new perspectives and we want to encourage everyone to apply.
