Canda (noun: A subscription-based ‘in-house’ talent acquisition business).
Centred around our team ethos, Canda is focused on delivering on our collective mission to support founders and leaders with impactful hires and do good in a world where it’s desperately needed! We partner with the likes of: WeAreFeel, Allplants, Ecologi, MadeTech, FitXR, TeamTailor, Niantic, Tech Nation, MyTutor, etc etc; the list goes on! Our proactive team carries the talent acquisition torch and leads the way in supporting the growth of amazing businesses who are doing incredible things for our planet / society.
We’ve got pretty serious growth plans of our own at Canda - in fact, we’re looking to more than double in size in the next year or two, so subscribe and keep your eye out for future gems! Every day is high impact, everyday is challenging and everyday is different from the last! A day in the life of an embedded TALENT PARTNER might include:
Leading customer operations meetings
Working closely stakeholders , Talent Partners and Talent Managers supporting hiring strategies and campaigns
Creating and advertising new job openings (Multiple ATS)
Business partnering and advising hiring managers
Researching new advertising platforms / job boards
Attending & leading interviews
Searching and sourcing for potential talent
Innovation and creating new tech, tools, process and WOW
Owning applicants lifecycles
Leading internal initiatives & projects
Grabbing a donut with one of the squad - IYKYK!
We use all kinds of tech and tools to support our mission and it constantly up for review, some examples of tech/systems/ tools include: Slack, Linkedin Recruiter Pro, Notion, Google Workspace, Teamtailor (internal hiring), Recruitee, Canva, Office Vibe, Calendly, Charlie HR… and the list goes on.
