Why this job matters

This role is responsible for accurate and timely pricing and ordering of BT complex products for BT’s customers across a set of BT products providing expertise on product, technical, and process aspects for quoting and delivery requirements. Pricing and Ordering Support is key to increase customer satisfaction and to ensure a high quality service fulfilled in a timely manner.

  • Total experience between 2-5yrs, relevant experience minimum 1yr
  • Excellent knowledge on MS Applications like MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
  • Commercial and technically sound
  • Proactive attitude towards completing high quality work on time
  • Ability to work with needs and risks from all stakeholders and negotiating the required outcomes

What you’ll be doing

•Work with BT teams to provide costs and orders for complex service requests
•Follow and run product or service specific processes
•Receive and validate BT Portfolio product pricing and order submission requests from BT internal teams
•Confirm availability of requested solution and ensure all details are received from and provided to requestor
•Produce feasible alternative solutions for pricing or ordering in case of complications, complete with expected benetfits or risks with regards to each proposed solution
•Perform BT Portfolio product costing/pricing and ordering using the BT standard toolset within the agreed SLAs and right first time
•Manage the handovers between the different BT departments during pricing and ordering activities and promptly raise and resolve any issue
•Keep the requestor informedabout the progress of their request
•Highlight possible improvements in the process
