We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SME Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert support for complex incidents and collaborate daily with Technical Design Authorities (TDA) and project teams to enhance and optimize our network infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high-performance and secure networks while contributing to the continuous improvement of network systems and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex network incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate closely with TDAs and project teams to improve network design, configuration, and operations.
  • Manage and support SD-WAN deployments, ensuring efficient and reliable connectivity.
  • Oversee and maintain Cisco Wireless networks, including Wi-Fi 6 technology.
  • Implement and manage Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network access control and policy management.
  • Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and proactively recommend enhancements.
  • Document network configurations, processes, and incident resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation in network solutions.

Skills we are looking for

  • Minimum CCNP-level certification or equivalent knowledge in enterprise networking.
  • Expertise in SD-WAN technologies and implementations.
  • Solid experience with Wireless Networking, particularly Wi-Fi 6.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
  • Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies and protocols.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle complex network incidents.
  • Proven experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project and design teams.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
