What you’ll be doing

Your main role is to provide effective PA support to the Group Chief Risk Officer & Chief Actuary, ensuring timely information and reports. You'll also manage the PAs for the Senior Management team within Risk & Actuarial.

You'll handle the diary management, coordinating both business and private schedules to avoid clashes. Greeting and liaising with clients and service providers will be part of your daily tasks.
Communication is key, so you'll prepare and issue meeting notes, minutes, reports, and other correspondence promptly.

You'll also maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems, manage travel itineraries, and prepare presentations for internal and external use. Providing cover for other senior team members when needed is also part of the job.

Organising corporate events, coordinating diaries, sending invitations, and preparing event information such as schedules and agendas will be your responsibility. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly from accommodation to transportation.

You'll source management information from various departments and support projects as needed. As a team manager, you'll conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and manage any underperformance according to the Group’s policies.
