Your Mission

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and working alongside boxxe’s management team. Your responsibility will be identify and coordinate all elements across relevant to sales department and ensure we work efficiently and effectively as possible.

How you’ll fit in to the big picture

Ensure multiple cross-functional teams meet strategic planning-related timelines and deliverables effectively and efficiently. You’ll coordinate and facilitate communications with stakeholders, reports on activity and perform and liaise as necessary to ensure success of sales department.

What you’ll be doing

  • Ensures the timely submission of deliverables from a diverse array of multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Develops and oversees measures/indicators related to outcomes of the strategic planning process. Monitors project, program, and/or deliverables and assesses impact to strategic initiatives; reports on progress to leadership.
  • Once agreed with the CRO this individual owns the creation and on-going maintenance and tracking of the bi-annual strategic plan and communication to relevant stakeholders where appropriate
  • Identifies potential project risks and difficulties and designs solutions to mitigate or avoid risks. Escalates issues as appropriate.
  • Maintains visibility of strategic planning process and initiatives throughout sales department during the planning process to ensure meaningful collaboration, and comprehensive and effective implementation.
  • Responsible for delivering Boxxe share of wallet within existing accounts, external market view and industry trends, market data to support strategic direction and compiling a view of the competitive landscape
  • Coordinates resources across multiple entire sales department in strategic planning efforts.
  • Provides support and direction as appropriate.
  • Collects and analyses a variety of complex data and information. In collaboration with others, performs statistical analysis and summarises findings in applicable reports or other communication mediums.
  • Initiates project-related communication and requests for information and provides guidance to other departments, consumers, the general public, and/or outside agencies as requested by CRO.
  • Coordinates communications, change management, and issue management efforts as assigned.
  • Reviews and tracks related budgets and creates costing scenarios.
  • Collaborates and coordinate internal and external meetings and events on behalf of CRO.

  • Excellent attention to detail, and reporting skills
  • Excellent organisation skills with experience of prioritising a complicated workload
  • Excellent communication skills for team working, reporting to peers and management.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office platform, including use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Technical or IT Industry knowledge
  • Understanding of boxxe partners and vendors
