Your Mission

As the Head of Healthcare Sales, you’ll support, develop and lead the Healthcare sales team and own the go-to-market strategy.

You are customer focussed and have a passion for driving positive change within Healthcare and the NHS sector.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates a clear ability to grow businesses, develop and coach and execute against a plan. You will have done this before; experience, knowledge and ideas are a must.

You will be a role model in the business, setting a standard to aspire towards, supporting others and getting the very best out of our boxxers. You will bring fresh thinking, challenge and innovative ideas to all areas of boxxe.

How you’ll fit in to the big picture

As boxxe’s Head of Healthcare, you will work collaboratively with the Public Sector leadership and the broader business teams (Marketing, Technology Solutions, Partner Alliance and Partner Team) to build out a strategy for growth.

You will take the lead on boxxe’s external engagement with our Healthcare and NHS customers, setting the example in front of our customers and partners whilst placing boxxe at the forefront of industry panels, events and forums.

What you’ll be doing

  • Aligning to the overall boxxe vision and goals, to develop an agile and fit-for-purpose Healthcare go-to-market strategy
  • Coach, mentor and lead your team and ensure they are equipped to reach their targets
  • Work closely with our internal teams to develop a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring your team is up to date and remain relevant with new and existing technologies and changes to the NHS and Healthcare Sector.
  • Hire the right people to match culture, methodologies and company growth
  • Provide timely and insightful input to other boxxe activities, particularly product and service development/creation and e-commerce
  • Create a joint plan with our marketing team, sharing goals to ensure our outbound messaging is aligned to key selling strategies
  • Build the boxxe brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling boxxe products solutions and services
  • Develop trusted relationships with our partners to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer engagements
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and services teams to ensure our customers receive maximum value from all the available boxxe services and solutions

What experience we think you’ll need

  • Demonstrable history of building and executing growth in either a reseller or MSP Public Sector environment
  • Clear understanding and experience with Public Sector frameworks
  • Market-leading Public Sector industry knowledge and relationships with partners, industry boards and trade associations (e.g. TechUK)
  • Clear understanding and ability to articulate current technology trends whilst relating these to customer challenges within Healthcare.
  • History of creating hiring plans and ability to develop/retain market-leading sales talent
  • Data-orientated approach to planning and forecasting, as well as a personal performance
  • Demonstrable success in planning enablement and ongoing sales development activities
