Job Title: Senior Enablement PM, Product Enablement

Position Overview:

As the Senior Enablement Program Manager, Product Enablement, you will be responsible for designing and executing enablement programs that empower our sales teams to effectively position, sell, and demonstrate our product offerings. Your focus will be on creating an enablement strategy that delivers impactful training, tools, and resources to enhance product knowledge, drive revenue growth, and ensure the success of product launches.

This role plays a critical part in bridging the gap between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, ensuring that the field is fully equipped to deliver value and meet the needs of our customers through a deep understanding of Boomi's platform and solutions.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Program Development & Execution:
    • Develop and implement product enablement programs that support the successful launch and adoption of new products and features across global sales teams.
    • Design comprehensive enablement materials, including training guides, playbooks, and product certification programs, tailored to different sales roles (AEs, SCs, SDRs).
    • Establish learning paths that build foundational product knowledge and elevate seller confidence in communicating the value and technical capabilities of Boomi's platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to gather insights on product strategy and translate those into clear, actionable enablement initiatives.
    • Act as the enablement liaison between the product team and the GTM organization to ensure alignment on messaging, product value propositions, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Sales Tools & Resources:
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive "bill of materials" for new product launches, including battlecards, objection handling resources, competitive analysis, and demo scripts.
    • Ensure timely delivery of enablement content through the appropriate platforms and systems, driving easy access and consumption by the field.
  • Measurement & Reporting:
    • Track the effectiveness of product enablement initiatives by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
    • Continuously refine programs based on quantitative and qualitative data to maximize sales effectiveness and product adoption.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Managers, Sales Leaders, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
    • Actively participate in product launches, SKO events, and other key company initiatives to represent the voice of the sales team and advocate for their needs.

The Experience You Bring

  • Proven Experience:
8+ years in a product enablement, sales enablement, or related role in a fast-paced technology company.
  • Technical Aptitude:
Strong understanding of product offerings, particularly in the iPaaS, Cloud, or SaaS industry. Ability to translate technical concepts into easily digestible content for sales teams.
  • Program Management Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage complex enablement projects, from inception through execution, while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing tight timelines.
  • Communication & Presentation:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-Driven:
Experience tracking enablement impact using data and making informed decisions to refine programs. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LMS systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborative Mindset:
Ability to work effectively across departments and build trusted partnerships with various stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Problem Solver:
Solutions-oriented, with a keen ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to drive impactful outcomes.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years in sales, enablement, onboarding, or talent development roles, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale, high-impact training initiatives that drive GTM success.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, particularly within SaaS or cloud-based solutions, with experience in developing and executing sales enablement strategies aligned with established sales competencies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels within the organization.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging analytics and insights to measure and improve the effectiveness of training programs and sales enablement initiatives.
