With clients booking visual contents from all over the world, we are now expanding our Sales Team with a dedicated Sales Development Representative. By joining the team now – with direct reports to the Head of Sales - you will have the opportunity to contribute to our growth, by acquiring new clients.

πŸ”¦ Here’s what you will take care of:

  • From all companies out there online, you will manage to identify the most relevant leads through structured outbound research methods and your business acumen.
  • Qualify inbound leads in order to ensure that potential partners are matching BOOM’s eligibility criteria
  • Use smart outbound tactics (primarily via Linkedin, Email and Phone) to reach out to prospects, to create a great first impression by inspiring them to learn how BOOM can benefit their business
  • Initiate and nurture long haul relationships with prospects, then set up meetings between prospects and members of our Account Executive team
  • Continuously improve alignment with Account Executives team
  • Hit and consistently exceed monthly targets
  • Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM
  • Analyse commercial results to identify potential opportunities as well as improvements on products, technology and internal operational models

🎯 Who are we looking for:

  • You love being creative in business development, can bring a structured understanding into new industries and geographies and are able to communicate well key decision-makers across the Food, Real Estate, E-commerce and Fashion industries.
  • You have a general business understanding and are able to decide which companies would benefit from our service depending on their business model
  • Professional proficiency in English and other European language is a big plus
  • Good analytical skills and result oriented attitude
  • Great communication skills - you know what the other side is thinking and can adjust your messaging accordingly
  • Ability to quickly understand what the client is looking for and to adapt your communication accordingly
  • High flexibility in role and self-starter with drive to succeed
  • Friendliness, empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs

  • Had already been part of startup or scaleup in the B2B industry
  • A good written and spoken level of another language, such as German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian is considered as a plus
  • Have a good knowledge of Hubspot or Salesforce, Outreach, Asana, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Gong

It is structured in Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives and Customer Success Managers working together to attract, onboard and retain clients from all over the globe. We are remote, but close enough to assure a great team performance while also having fun. We have weekly team time and periodical retreats to get to know each other, bond and chill
