📝 About the job:

You will be part of our Factory dedicated to the production of visual content for our Clients operating in E-commerce for Fashion, Lifestyle, Textile&Home, Cosmetics industries and support the team in delivering projects satisfying Clients’ needs and requests, boosting internal collaboration and having a lot of contacts with both internal and external stakeholders.

🔦 Here’s what you will take care of:

• Assist with back office tasks related to the studio/production part (mail and ticket)
• Support the Studio Coordinator during daily activities
• Reception and storage of products
• Preparation and packaging of products before and at the end of shooting sessions

🎯 Who are we looking for:

• At least 6-12 months of experience in back office and/or warehouse management
• Proactive attitude and a great desire to get involved and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a young and developing company
• Knowledge of basic computer tools and systems
• Ability to liaise with Clients through emails and messages
• Great attitude towards team working
