As our Customer Success Manager, you will be the bridge between our Customers and our Product. You will perfectly know both our Product, to provide support to our customers, and our Customer, to assure their satisfaction and proactively create new business opportunities.

πŸ”¦ Here’s what you will take care of

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption and ensuring retention
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive the continued value of our products and services
  • Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content
  • Onboard assigned Accounts ensuring platform activation, utilisation, and payment
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
  • Show effective problem-solving skills and initiative that will drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Boom
  • Work with the marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies and with finance to ensure payments
  • Reduce churn and attrition

🎯 Who are we looking for

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles
  • Fluency in English & German
  • Good analytical skills - you will need to build and analyze datasets and present them to the clients
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Eagerness to learn and raise the bar for yourself and the team
  • Active team-player and self-starter attitude
