Job Description:

Join a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals within the broader Central SHE function. Reporting to the SHE Manager – Governance & Systems, this role will serve as the central point of contact for the administration, coordination, and ongoing support of SHE systems, ensuring their effective operation and continuous improvement.

Core duties:

  • Responsible for supporting and continually improving the SHE business systems, IT tools and reporting
  • Preparing and communicating SHE performance reports and investigating data deviations where required
  • Using proven analysis techniques to evaluate trends, opportunities, and risks, whilst expending expert IT implementation and procedure governance throughout
  • Acting as the system administrator for the integrated incident reporting and safety management solution and point of contact for issues and the development of the system
  • Perform the role of SAP Administrator for SHE function
  • Generation of information packs, and providing accurate and timely SHE information on our performance for both internal and external stakeholders as required, to the agreed schedule

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to efficiently manipulate and analyse data; provide innovative and practical solutions to data analysis and reporting
  • Be able to facilitate the delivery of actions to tight timescales liaising across multiple sites and functions
  • Have excellent analytical skills with demonstrable attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of software including MS Office, SAP and Tableau
  • Experience in developing IT tools and systems for a complex business
  • A general awareness of SHE matters is desirable
