This position can be based out of our Adelaide or Melbourne office with flexible work arrangements such at working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid work environment.

PURPOSE OF JOB:

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for leading impactful technology initiatives? We’re seeking a dynamic professional to drive the successful delivery of a high-profile digital transformation project aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and user experience across the enterprise.

This role will focus on implementing innovative technology solutions that support smarter decision-making, improve resource utilisation, and enable seamless digital workflows. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how technology supports modern work environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable outcomes.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project leadership, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage project governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with change management and governance frameworks.
  • Provide regular updates to executive sponsors and steering committees.

About You:

  • Proven experience managing complex technology or digital transformation projects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • High attention to detail
  • Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain a baseline clearance
