The mission for this role:

As Head of Growth, you will be directly responsible for two important marketing functions at Attest: Demand Generation / Performance Marketing and Sales/Field Marketing (Events and Partnerships). You will play a central role in both the Marketing and broader Commercial teams. We are fortunate to have an established and performing team based in both the UK and US, great content, a distinctive brand plus strong agency partners and tech stack. You be will managing a team of 5 people across these two marketing functions. You will report into our VP of Marketing.

You will be responsible for continually optimising our inbound engine and take Demand Generation at Attest to new heights.

This means scaling inbound pipeline performance to meet growth expectations, ensuring our channel balance is right and optimised and fostering a culture of experimentation around new channels and tactics. It also means developing a team of five Demand Generation professionals to ensure they continue to grow and achieve great things at Attest and beyond Attest.

Your focus will be to …

  • Develop and oversee the execution of demand generation initiatives to ensure our Inbound motion outperforms our inbound pipeline and revenue targets
  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs that communicate Attest product value to our target audience and increase inbound pipeline
  • Ensure excellence in execution across all channels, upskilling the team and continually optimising performance.
  • Improve marketing performance reporting to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend
  • Work closely with our Brand, Content, Events and Product Marketing teams to ensure activity and creative aligns with targets
  • Operate hand-in-hand with Sales & Business Development leadership to create feedback loops and improve inbound pipeline volume and conversion
  • Plan and be the owner of the Events and Performance Marketing budget

We’d love to hear from you if…

  • You have demonstrable experience managing a global Demand Generation team
  • Strong hands-on experience managing paid/owned/earned channels – such digital and other lead generation marketing channels (e.g. Facebook/Instagram, Reddit, Google, YouTube, Email, referral partners / affiliates, etc.)
  • You have experience managing an Events Marketing and/or Field Marketing team
  • Overseeing, vetting, and managing external performance marketing agencies
  • Strong and robust experience for US-focused Demand Generation / Performance Marketing efforts, with some EMEA-focused experience
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrable analytical ability, specifically around campaign measurement and ROI, and campaign execution skills
  • Leadership in setting and guiding a quarterly and annual plan around industry, sales, and marketing events and sponsorships
  • Evidence of hiring, growing, developing, retaining and mentoring and sustained high-performance
  • Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing and sales automation / sequencing systems & tools, particularly Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot
  • Nice to have: experience aiding or owning Sales Enablement functions
