The mission for this role:

As Head of Demand Generation at Attest you play a central role in both the Marketing and broader Commercial teams. We are fortunate to have a high performing team based in both the UK and US, great content, a distinctive brand plus strong agency partners and tech stack.

You will be responsible for continually optimising our inbound engine and take Demand Generation at Attest to new heights.

This means scaling inbound pipeline performance to meet growth expectations, ensuring our channel balance is right and optimised and fostering a culture of experimentation around new channels and tactics. It also means developing a team of five Demand Generation professionals to ensure they continue to grow and achieve great things at Attest and beyond Attest..

Demand generation, and marketing at large, are integral to our success today. In joining you’ll be joining an empowered and trusted component of Attest’s future success.

Your focus will be to …

  • Develop and oversee the execution of demand generation initiatives to ensure our Inbound motion outperforms our inbound pipeline and revenue targets
  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs that communicate Attest product value to our target audience and increase inbound pipeline
  • Ensure excellence in execution across all channels, upskilling the team and continually optimising performance.
  • Improve marketing performance reporting to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend
  • Work closely with our Brand, Content, Events and Product Marketing teams to ensure activity aligns with targets
  • Operate hand-in-hand with Sales leadership to create feedback loops and improve inbound pipeline conversion
  • Plan and be overall owner of a Marketing budget

We’d love to hear from you if…

  • You have demonstrable experience managing a global Demand Generation team
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrable analytical ability, specifically around campaign measurement and ROI, and campaign execution skills
  • Evidence of hiring, growing, developing, retaining and mentoring and sustained high-performance
  • Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing and sales automation systems, particularly Salesforce

In-person and remote working balance ...

We are a flexible employer and continue to work with the team on the ground to navigate our way through the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic together.

As a company, we aren’t a fully remote company and place strong emphasis on teams being able to meet, and spend time together in a safe and flexible environment regularly, as well as being able to

travel to meet customers when rules and safety considerations permit. We always want to ensure that is balanced against having a healthy approach to flexible working/working from home and nurturing your life outside of work as well as in work.

With that in mind, we have a permanent office location at 25 Holywell Row, London EC2A 4XE**,** London, where our team spend time together on a weekly basis. We don’t set specific rules, but expect folks to spend time with the team in the office on average 3 days per week.
