We’re looking for a Reporting & Analytics Lead to lead the transition of reporting and analytics capabilities as we move from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA, ensuring existing services remain trusted and effective while identifying opportunities to improve and modernise capability.

You’ll work across business and technology teams to ensure existing reporting and analytics capabilities are understood, transitioned effectively, and enhanced where there is an opportunity to deliver better, more scalable, and more sustainable solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the transition of reporting and analytics capabilities through major platform change, ensuring existing services remain trusted and effective

  • Identify opportunities to improve, rationalise, and modernise reporting and analytics capability as part of the migration

  • Shape solution design so reporting and analytics requirements are built into the future state from the outset

  • Work across business and technology teams to ensure reporting and analytics capabilities are understood, transitioned effectively, and aligned to future business needs

What we’re looking for a candidate with:

  • Significant experience leading enterprise reporting and analytics in a complex organisation

  • Experience supporting major business or technology transformation programmes

  • Ability to shape analytics strategy, standards, and governance in partnership with business and technology stakeholders

  • Strong stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and delivery teams in a matrix environment

  • Good understanding of modern analytics platforms and data ecosystems, including technologies such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, Databricks, and Power BI

  • Knowledge of data quality, reporting governance, and best practice in delivering trusted insight

We invest in our people - as a valued employee, you’ll be entitled to:

  • Personal private health care

  • Generous double match pension – contribute 7% and Anglian Water will contribute 14%, giving a total contribution of 21%

  • 24-hour Virtual GP service for you and your household

  • 26 days annual leave – rising with length of service and the ability to buy more

  • Life assurance (up to 8 x salary)

  • Personal accident cover (up to 5 x salary)

  • Excellent family friendly policies, such as 26 weeks full pay for maternity / adoption leave, as well as 4 weeks paid paternity / partner leave. Opportunity for shared parental pay

  • Bonus scheme

  • Flexible benefits and working culture to support your wellbeing and lifestyle.

Why apply

This is an opportunity to shape how reporting and analytics capability evolves through a major platform migration, protecting business critical insight while creating opportunities for improvement and modernisation.
