In order to support our A320 Configuration Management Team, Airbus Commercial is looking for a

Working student (d/f/m) for Website design und internal communication

The A320 Family Program is progressing towards the monthly production target rate of 75 aircraft following the global customer demand.

As a working student (d/f/m) within Configuration Management for the A320 Family you will be part of the key operations to fulfill customer requirements and get an impression of the activities & obligations of the department at Airbus.

The team you will support is leading all projects and improvements (e.g. process & digitalisation activities) in the area of configuration management and you will be able to support communication and advertisement of those.

We look forward to you joining us for 18 hours/week (flexi-time).

Your Location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Update & Creation of a website (Google Site) for the department in the intranet

  • Securing WebSite maintenance & operational team hand over

  • Communication: Creation of newsletters, presentation-templates for the organization, intranet, preparation of events, etc.

  • Support with organizational & administrative activities

  • Taking over operational tasks such as creating presentations, compiling information and preparing meetings

  • Coordinating and advising stakeholders from all departments on upcoming updates of website content

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the field of business administration, marketing, digital communication or media studies.

  • You enjoy designing digital user interfaces and are not afraid of complex requirements.

  • You have experience in the creation and conception of websites (knowledge of usability design and user experience)

  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace applications such as Sites, Slides, Sheets, Docs etc.

  • Coding / Development basics (Python/SQL) would be an advantage

  • English (fluent in spoken and written)
