SUMMARY OF POSITION
当社の製品である官庁向け及び民間向け回転翼航空機(ヘリコプター)に対するテクニカルサポートを担当して頂きます。
You will be responsible for providing technical support for our Civil and Para public customers of rotorcraft (helicopters) products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
①整備作業の不具合、運用に関する顧客及び当社MROからの問い合わせ、要望等への対応
②不具合の原因調査、故障探求、技術検討
③AH本社との技術調整、顧客及び社内への技術情報の展開
④技術文書に対する問い合わせ対応
⑤顧客へ訪問し技術案件のサポート
⑥品質向上及び次世代製品に対する提案、調査
① Response to inquiries and requests from customers and our MRO regarding defects in maintenance work and operations
② Investigation of the cause of defects, fault investigation, technical review
③ Technical coordination with AH headquarters, dissemination of technical information to customers and within the company
④ Response to inquiries regarding technical documents
⑤ Visiting customers and supporting technical projects
⑥ Proposals and research for quality improvement and next-generation products
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Those who have worked in helicopter-related work (mechanic, maintenance management, pilot, etc.) for more than 5 years (minimum 3 years)
- ヘリコプターに係る業務(整備士、整備管理、パイロット等)を5年以上ある方(最低3年)
- Fixed wing qualification is also considered. In that case, those who are interested in helicopters and willing to learn.
- 固定翼の資格でも可。その場合はヘリコプターに対して興味及び習得意欲のある方
- Having a rotary wing aircraft mechanic licence or aircraft factory mechanic licence are desirable. Experience in maintaining AH aircraft is a big advantage.
- 回転翼航空整備士又は航空工場整備士等を持っている事が望ましい AH機体の整備経験があれば尚よし
- English skill to be able to understand English manuals
- 英文マニュアルが読めること
- Positive and welcome problem mindset
- 明朗かつチャレンジ精神のある方
- Japanese skill of communication with customers
- 顧客と日本語でコミュニケーションできること
- There are no restrictions on handling government aircraft.
- 官庁の機体に対応に制限がないこと
