We are looking for our Airbus Commercial Division, a Tax Manager (H/F) , to be integrated into our Tax Department based in Toulouse France.

You will be a member of the Tax Team managing tax regulations and optimization for Airbus SAS and Airbus Operations SAS. In the Tax team, you will be mainly responsible for VAT matters.

Your challenges:

  • Ensure the VAT compliance for the 2 main French legal entities of Airbus Commercial.

  • Supervise / perform the VAT returns of the 2 entities in coordination with the accounting department.

  • Create a center of expertise for VAT matters.

  • Support external tax audit processes and manage external tax advisors.

  • Advice on VAT matters to the other departments of the group (accounting, sales, procurement).

  • Coordinate French VAT activities with the other divisions.

  • Coordination with the customs teams.

  • Update of the French VAT audit trial (TVA Piste d’Audit Fiable) and VAT controls process.

  • Support to the teams in respect of France 2026 (E-invoicing / E-reporting).

Your boarding pass:

  • At least 5 years of indirect tax experience as a tax specialist in a law firm, a Big4 and/or the tax department of an international company.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated tax technical issues with all levels of cross-functional teams.

  • Basic understanding of all corporate tax compliance fields.

  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to manage pressure.

  • A very good level of English and French is necessary for this position.

Salary range:

Salary range based on the required profile: 75 to 85 K€/year (including a variable part based on your performance). Information provided as an indication.
