In order to support our team in Langenhagen Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Supply Chain Coordinator IT Data Processes (d/f/m)

The position is an integrated part of the Airbus Military Germany Customer Services organization within the German Material Support On-Site team.

Langenhagen is located in the immediate vicinity of Hanover, the state capital of Lower Saxony and the Steinhuder Meer can be reached within a short time. Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Enchargement for all supply chain flows from and to the warehouses
  • Coordinate timely, cost-efficient and high-quality material management of spare parts and repairs
  • Definition, creation and implementation of automated supply chain processes
  • Data analysis for continuous optimization of supply chain processes
  • Coordination of activities related to warehouse and logistics and acting as the focal point for the logistic service provider and material management
  • Coordination of the customs process and ensuring the fulfillment of export control requirements
  • Report back the material and logistics data related errors to the relevant Centre of Competence for continuous improvement


Desired skills and qualifications

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Logistic, Engineering or similar or long term practical experience in a relevant area
  • Experience on Material Support, Logistics or Supply Chain
  • Affinity for IT, data and process analysis
  • Very good Excel knowledge and initial programming experience is an advantage
  • Process oriented with high interest in continuous improvement and practical solutions
  • Customer relationship management skills
  • English on negotiation level and good German language skills
