Job Description:

This is a technical role responsible for the administration of Safety Software (IQSMS) used for Safety Compliance. IQSMS system incorporates incident reporting, investigation, risk management, audits and action management. The role is required to collate of data from various sources (IQSMS, Google sheets etc) to a) performs analysis evaluation of data to enable passage of information to the business on safety performance and b) create reports and visualisations (dashboards) using Google Looker Studio or Airbus Skywise for communication to stakeholders. The role reports to Head of Safety (APAC) via a local site manager for day-to-day requirements and support.

Responsibilities:

  • System Maintenance: Ensures the IQSMS software is operating efficiently and maintaining its availability.
  • User Management: manage access permissions in conjunction with the Digital team managing Single Sign On (SSO)
  • User Support: Acts as the primary point of contact for users first level support assistance.
  • Data Collection and Analysis:

- Extracting, cleaning, and analysing structured and unstructured Safety

data from various sources.
- Identifying trends & patterns within the data.
- Performing statistical analysis and utilising data visualisation to present

findings.

  • Reporting & Visualisation: Generating reports, creating dashboards using data visualisations (graphs, charts) to present findings to stakeholders related to safety objectives and targets
  • Supplier engagement: Liaises with the vendor in Bangkok as required
  • Stakeholder engagement: Liaises with the central team as required to provide information for group data requirements.


Professional skills

  • High proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, SQL, statistical programming, data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI).
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Knowledge of quality performance measurement, including leading and lagging indicators
  • Certification in data and / analytics related field or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of relevant safety regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Certification in Safety, Investigation and Audit
  • Experience as SaaS administrator
  • Analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks (eg: telling a story using data)
  • Ability to identify and address data quality issues and implement solutions.
  • English communication skills (written and verbal) to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • High degree of personal and professional integrity
  • Positive outlook; Motivated by challenges and change
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical colleague
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Proven Planning, organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines and timeframes
