We are now looking for a Quality Project Manager to onboard our GBS in Lisbon.

Responsibilities - your mission

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of complex projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

  • Establish and maintain project management processes and standards, including reporting, risk management, and change control.

  • Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial objectives are achieved.

  • Develop precise and impactful presentations using G Suite for stakeholder meetings, board meetings, and client presentations.

  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation, problem-solving, and team building.

  • Manage project documentation, prepare reports, and conduct comprehensive post-meeting reviews.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to achieve project goals and leverage synergies.

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals and expectations.

  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report regularly on project status to stakeholders.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management within the aerospace industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

  • Experience working in a matrix organization and managing cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of aerospace regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.

  • high problem-solving skills and quick comprehension will help you in our environment

  • Business fluent English (German desirable)

  • Experience in MS Office and G Suite

  • Willingness to travel
