Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mikroskopische Qualitätskontrolle an Leiterplattenschliffen:
    - selbstständig lichtmikroskopische Auswertung nach Vorgaben durchführen und dokumentieren
    - Abweichungen /Messergebnisse nach Vorgaben (Fertigungsvorschriften/Normen ECSS, IPC) erkennen, anzeigen und in Protokollen festhalten

  • Metallographische Probenpräparation und Schliffe besonders für Leiterplatten und Bauteile herstellen

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkstoffprüfer, TA für Metallografie/Werkstoffkunde, ggfs. CTA/PhyTA oder Erfahrungen im Bereich der mikroskopischen Qualitätskontrolle/Qualitätssicherung bzw. Metallographie

  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Leiterplatten sind von Vorteil

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse

  • PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP)

  • Gewissenhaftes und genaues Arbeiten in einer protokollierten Fertigung

  • Selbständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
