Mission: Supports the Operations Team by providing quotations and monitoring the on-time and on-cost delivery of support & service projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist to monitors key performance indicators in the implementation of maintenance projects
Support in the procurement of products, services, and other materials
Preparation of costing and checking on the availability of data for spare parts and services within Airbus Helicopters Group or from an external supplier
Preparation of quotations under consideration of required maintenance man-hours and cost for spare parts, materials, and services.
Preparation and issuance of purchase orders
Assist to monitor all the orders and follow up on the undelivered spares from suppliers
Encode all the parts ordered under order monitoring in the database
Personal & Interpersonal Skills:
Meticulous and keen on details
Performs job with the highest integrity
Promotes camaraderie among employees
Good communication skills (written and oral)
Tech-Savvy Knowledge in Aviation Industry is an advantage
Professional Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Aviation Courses
